Erik Byrgesen

Erik is a highly accomplished Electrical Designer who has devoted 13 years of service to M+B, making significant contributions to the organization. He was promoted to Associate in 2019, partner in 2021, and Chief Operating Officer in 2024. 

Erik has experience in many projects focused on institutional clients, including new construction, mission-critical facilities, recreational facilities, master planning studies, electrical systems upgrade projects, tenant improvement projects, and sustainable building design projects, including LEED, Net Zero, and EV charging infrastructure.

His dedication and efforts have been instrumental in the growth and success of M+B. His work ethic and commitment to excellence are truly inspiring.
