Professional Affiliations
Santa is a highly accomplished Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with over 27 years of experience in his field. He achieved his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 1994.
Santa joined M+B in 2006 and was promoted to Associate in 2022. He has been involved in several high-profile projects, including high-rise commercial, high-rise residential, and multi-use buildings.
He served as the Electrical Design Lead for Manulife 707, a 27-storey state-of-the-art commercial building that has achieved LEED® Gold certification. Additionally, he worked on the YW HUB facility, which was awarded the 2019 Mayor’s Urban Design Award in the urban architecture category.
Prior to joining M+B, Santa had gained extensive experience working on international airport terminal projects and US Department of State building projects overseas. Santa’s wide-ranging experience and impressive achievements make him an invaluable asset to the M+B Team.
