The base building systems connect all lighting control, mechanical controls and other systems into one centralized building network. As the building’s engineer of record, M+B designed the complete base building power distribution systems, lighting and lighting control, fire alarm, communications, and security systems.
The building is fitted with advanced IP-based smart building technology that harmoniously integrates various control systems, including access control, CCTV, lighting, and building management. This sophisticated technology enables complete interconnectivity among all systems, facilitating remote monitoring and control through a user-friendly web-based interface.
