Citizen on Jasper was planned to be a new addition to Edmonton’s Jasper Avenue. A 32-storey residential building with 350 suites, a 2-level podium, and a 4-storey below-grade parkade. Each unit is designed to maximize available ceiling heights, which requires a great deal of coordination with other designers.
Our electrical design for the project includes utility coordination, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, communication systems, CCTV, and access control coordination.
A Powerful Tribute Through Light
The exterior luminaries, which show braille text, provide unique visual interest while paying homage to the former CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind) headquarters on the site.
