M+B was responsible for lighting design, emergency power generation, normal power and distribution systems, and life safety systems, including fire alarms and full security and communication integration systems.
The building is equipped with cutting-edge IP-based smart building technology that seamlessly integrates various control systems, such as access control, CCTV, lighting, and building management. This sophisticated technology fosters complete interconnectivity among all systems, allowing for remote monitoring and control via an intuitive web-based user interface.
All lighting within the building uses LED technology and is controlled via an addressable lighting control system. This system utilizes a combination of daylight harvesting and occupancy sensing for each fixture to reduce energy consumption in the building.
