UPTEN Tower, located in Downtown Calgary, is a mixed-use building that includes over 100,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space, 379 residential rental units spread across 38 floors, and six levels of underground parking.
The electrical scope of work included the design of residential and retail spaces, electrical power distribution, residential suite layouts, lighting and lighting control design (including renderings), emergency and life safety systems, communications distribution, fire alarm systems, design and system verification, and security systems.
The building has received Built Green Certification.
